This formula was developed to complement an active lifestyle and is easy to mix with water, making it ideal before exercise or on hot days.Composition of Golden Naturals Elektrolyten Lemon:
Every 5 grams (= daily dosage):Sodium (sodium chloride) 0.15 gram
Phosphorus (calcium diphosphate)512 mg
Magnesium (magnesiumtricitraat) 202 mg
Chloride (kaliumchloride) 363 mg
Calcium (calcium diphosphate) 351 mg
Zinc (zinc bisglycinate) 2.5 mg
Kalium (kaliumchloride) 401 mg
Ingredients of Golden Naturals Elektrolyten Lemon:
Magnesium tricitrate, calcium diphosphate, potassium chloride, acidity regulator (malic acid), acidity regulator (citric acid), Celtic sea salt, natural lemon flavouring, sweetener (steviol glycosides of stevia), natural colouring turmeric (Curcuma longa, root), zinc bisglycinate.This product is free from: gluten-containing grains, crustaceans and molluscs, egg, fish, peanuts, nuts, soy, milk (including lactose), sulphites, lupine, celery, mustard, sesame seeds.
Usage of Golden Naturals Elektrolyten Lemon:
Take 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 grams) once a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Add Bok preference to 250 ml of cold water, juice or shake.
During intensive exercise, the dosage can be increased to 2 teaspoons (approx. 10 grams) in 500 ml.
Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.
