With a diaper cream, you protect your baby's bottom from urine and feces. The cream contains a high concentration of zinc oxide (the ingredient that creates a protective layer, preventing irritation to delicate baby skin) of no less than 25%. This is more than any other diaper cream. Most diaper creams contain 10-15% zinc oxide.There's another important difference from other bottom creams: this bottom ointment contains only four ingredients.
