Usage of Darvita Magnesiumolie Spray Kids:
Apply the oil to the soles of your feet, gradually increasing its use. Massage gently.If desired, the oil can be rinsed off with water after 10 to 20 minutes.
Once your child is used to using magnesium oil, you can also apply it to the arms, legs or stomach.
Daily requirement of Magnesium per age group:
6–11 months: 80 mg
1–2 years: 85 mg
2–5 years: 120 mg
6–9 years: 200 mg
9–13 years: 280 mg
