Essential Organics Pure Vitality 45+ is a nutritional supplement specially developed for adults aged 45 and over. It contains B vitamins, vitamin B12 (in the forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin), calcium from mineralized seaweed (Lithothamnion sp.), magnesium, selenium, and zinc. It also contains vitamin D3, vitamin C, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), and vitamin E.The supplement is formulated with ingredients that meet the daily nutritional needs of this age group. It also contains vegetable and fruit extracts. The plant-based capsule is made from tapioca, and only natural excipients based on brown rice are used.

Magnesium citrate, mineralized seaweed (Lithotamnion sp.), calcium ascorbate, vitamins, minerals, zinc citrate, ubidecarerone, brown rice (excipient, extract), vegetable and fruit extracts (bilberry, broccoli, rosehip, papaya leaf, pumpkin seed). Vegetable capsule: pullulan (cassava plant).This product is free from: Yeast, added sugar or synthetic colours or flavours.
Use of Essential Organics Puur Vitaal 45+:
Take 1 capsule twice a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
If desired, the capsule can be opened to mix the contents with food.
