Take 2 capsules twice a day, unless otherwise advised by a health professional.Preferably take with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Not suitable for people taking coumarin anticoagulants. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medications at the same time. One serving contains 104 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Do not exceed the daily dose of 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). This product should not be consumed if you are also taking other green tea products on the same day. It is not suitable for children under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for use on an empty stomach.
