Green-lipped mussel oil is a marine oil complex derived from the New Zealand green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus). This oil naturally contains various fatty acids, including Omega 3, Omega 6, and Omega 9 fatty acids, supplemented with specific furan fatty acids characteristic of green-lipped mussel oil.Supplemed Green-lipped Mussel Oil Optimum contains GlycOmega®, a stabilized green-lipped mussel oil combined with olive oil. The formula provides, among other things, EPA, DHA, docosapentaenoic acid, and natural furan fatty acids. Additionally, the formula contains antioxidants such as Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Rosemary extract to protect the oil.

Take 2 capsules twice daily for the first 4-6 weeks, then 1 capsule twice daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
