Krill oil contains Omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA, with these fatty acids largely bound to phospholipids. Additionally, krill oil naturally contains astaxanthin, a carotenoid that gives the oil its characteristic red color.Supplemed Krill Oil Optimum contains 100% natural krill oil with phospholipids, Omega 3, 6, 7, and 9 fatty acids, and natural astaxanthin. The formula delivers EPA and DHA in combination with marine phospholipids, suitable for specialized fatty acid supplementation.
