DPP-IV (full name: dipeptidyl peptidase IV) is a naturally occurring enzyme found in the body, including the small intestine. There, it helps break down proteins from our diet, particularly so-called proline-rich proteins such as gluten (from grains) and casein (from dairy products). Many "tough" proteins are only broken down to a limited extent by conventional digestive enzymes. DPP-IV can cleave specific short protein chains (peptides), allowing them to be better digested and absorbed.Important: A DPP-IV supplement is not a substitute for a medical gluten-free diet for celiac disease or another diagnosed food allergy. In these situations, guidance from a doctor or dietitian remains necessary.

of which protease:
- 500 DPP-IV, asparagillus oryzae 60 mg
- 30.000 HUT, asparagillus oryzae 30 mg
- 8.5 AP, honey asparagus 10 mg
