The Multi Dag & Nacht® Mama Capsules have the same composition as the trusted Multi Dag & Nacht® Mama Tablets. The only difference is the dosage: for the Day variant, you take 2 capsules instead of 1 tablet. This is because the full daily dose does not fit into a single capsule without it becoming too large. By dividing the dosage over two capsules, the size remains smaller and ease of swallowing is maintained.Composition of Vitakruid Multi Dag & Nacht® Mama:
