Application of Vitakruid Multi Dag & Nacht® Mama:
The Multi Day & Night® Mama Capsules have the same ingredients as the trusted Multi Day & Night® Mama Tablets. The only difference is the dosage: for the Day version, you take two capsules instead of one tablet. This is because the entire daily dose doesn't fit in one capsule without making it too large.
