Step 1: Apply facial oilCleanse your face and apply 3-4 drops of your favorite natural facial oil. This will help the Jade Gua Sha glide smoothly over your skin.
Step 2: Slide from nose to cheek
Hold the gua sha stone at a 45° angle near your nose. Slide it toward your cheekbone and repeat 3 times on each side.
Step 3: Slide from chin to jaw
Start at the center of your chin and move the tool along your jawline in a sweeping motion.
Step 4: Slide under the eyes
Use gentle, gliding strokes under your eyes for a soothing massage.
Step 5: Glide over the eyebrows
Gently sweep the Gua Sha over your eyebrows towards your hairline.
