Ingredients of Fytomed Griffonia 5-HTP:
California poppy seeds, organic rye ethanol, water. Alcohol content 32% v/v.Usage of Fytomed Griffonia 5-HTP:
Take 20 drops 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take in pure form or with very little water before a meal.
Do not exceed the daily dose.
