Like calcium, magnesium is an elemental component of bone tissue. Vitamin D is important for the proper absorption of calcium from food. Moreover, this vitamin increases calcium absorption in bones. Minerals, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), thickener (sodium carboxymethyl starch (CMS-Na)), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), vitamins, glazing agent (cellulose), BioPerine® (Piper nigrum L. extract).This product is free from: egg, gluten-containing cereals, lupine, milk (including lactose), mustard, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans and molluscs, celery, sesame seeds, soy, sulphites, fish.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Usage of Golden Naturals Calcium, Magnesium & Zink:
Take 1-3 tablets once a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Best taken before or during a meal with water. Suitable for children 3 years and older.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
As far as is known, this dietary supplement can be used in conjunction with medication. Suitable for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and/or when trying to conceive.
