Lucovitaal Electrolytes Post Workout is an electrolyte solution with Magnesium, Calcium and Sodium.This product contains 4 grams of sugar and additional ingredients like turmeric and HMB. It also contains vitamin C and zinc, which help protect healthy body cells.
Use of this product is recommended after intense training to support electrolyte and fluid balance.

Magnesium (magnesiumcitraat) 150 mg
Sodium (sodium chloride) 250 mg

Turmeric root (Curcuma longa, 50:1 extract, contains 37.5 mg active curcuminoids) 75 mg

Sucrose, HMB, Magnesium, Sodium, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Sweeteners (Isomalt, Sucralose), Calcium, Flavorings (Mango Flavor, Malic Acid, Passion Fruit Flavor), Potassium, Vitamin C, Turmeric, Anti-caking Agent (Colloidal Anhydrous Silica), Zinc.Use of Lucovitaal Elektrolyten Post Workout:
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of water, preferably within 30 minutes after training.Follow this up with a protein and carbohydrate rich meal.
On an intensive training day, the dosage can be increased to a maximum of 2 sachets per day. Also suitable for rest days.
Do not exceed the daily dose.
