This very mineral-rich Celtic coarse sea salt is a flavouring for many dishes. The grey Celtic sea salt is harvested by hand in an artisanal manner in the salt marshes of Guérande, Brittany. The salt is naturally pure, unrefined, rich in minerals (including magnesium, calcium, and iron), and dried for use in a convenient salt mill.It is dried at a low temperature, so that the composition of the salt remains intact. The only difference compared to moist sea salt is therefore the moisture percentage (approx. 4% compared to 6 to 7% for moist sea salt).
