Matcha is a finely ground green tea made from shade-grown tea leaves, derived from the tea plant Camellia sinensis. Its origins date back to the traditional Japanese tea ceremony, yet it has also found its place in modern life.SunMatcha® Kokyu is a patented matcha of exceptional quality, originating from Japan. Japanese matcha is extremely rare, accounting for only 5.7% of the global matcha market. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Use of Vitakruid Matcha:
You take 1 to 3 scoops per day, unless otherwise advised by a health professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Add 1 scoop to 100 ml of water (80° C) in a bowl, stir out the lumps, pour into a glass.
Warning:
Contains 69 mg caffeine per maximum recommended dose.
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Do not take before going to bed.
