Cod oil (fish), vitamin E oil, natural citrus aroma, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), rosemary extract, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract and ascorbyl palmitate).Usage of Charlotte Labee Omega 3 Visolie No.01:
You take 0.15 ml of omega-3 fish oil per kilogram of body weight per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take during or after a meal. A 5 ml measuring spoon is included.
For children aged 3 years and older, 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml per day is recommended.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
