Take 1 teaspoon (2 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Add to 200 ml of water or (plant-based) milk and stir with a bamboo whisk until the top is covered with a creamy foam. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
