30% standardized Griffonia simplicifolia extract, HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell).Usage of Mattisson 5-HTP 100 mg Vegan :
Take 1-2 capsules once a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take before going to bed with plenty of water.
