The Aquaphor A5H filter is specially designed for softening hard water and actively preventing limescale.It also reduces the unpleasant taste and smell of chlorine, filters sediment, colloidal iron, heavy metals (lead, etc.), organic compounds, residues of medicines, pesticides, and other hazardous substances that may be present in tap water.
Aquaphor A5H contains more filter material. In combination with a microporous cap, the filter has a longer lifespan of 350 liters. The A5H works effectively against dissolved contaminants, even in water with visible rust, sand, or silt.
The A5H type fits all Aaquaphor filter jugs with a B5 filter cartridge.
