Ingredients of Shilafit Thee Diepe Rust:
Sweet fennel, rooibos, green rooibos, chamomile blossom, carob, lemon balm, cinnamon, linden blossom, lavender blossom, valerian root, ashwagandha extract, passionflower herb, natural flavouring.Usage of Shilafit Thee Diepe Rust:
Use a generous teaspoon (approx. 2 grams) of loose tea per cup and place in a tea strainer or paper filter. Pour boiling water (100°C) over it and let steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Optionally add 250–500 mg Shilajit resin add to the hot tea and stir well until completely dissolved.Ashwagandha Warning:
Use during pregnancy (or trying to conceive) or breastfeeding is not recommended.
