You take 5 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take it throughout the day, immediately after a meal with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings:
Each capsule contains 24 mg epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).
Do not exceed the daily amount of 600 mg EGCG.
Should not be consumed if you are also consuming other green tea products on the same day.
