In this dietary supplement, the Ayurvedic herb Haritaki is presented as an arishta (herbal wine). Abhaya arishta is also known as 'Abhayarishta' or 'Abhayarishtam'. Arishtas are easily absorbed herbal wines or herbal drinks made by fermenting sugar or honey. To prepare an arishta, the herbal drink is boiled for a certain period of time while other Ayurvedic herbs are added.Holisan Ayurvedic herbal liqueurs are made according to a traditional recipe. They are delicately flavored thanks to selected herbs and spices, and are free from preservatives.
Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) is a dried yellow-green fruit naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Another common name for Haritaki is "Abhaya." Haritaki is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine, particularly in the classic herbal combination Triphala (literally: "three fruits").

Water, herbs and spices, cane sugar (real Sharkara).Contains 10% alcohol.
Usage of Holisan Abhaya Arishta:
Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) twice a day mixed with the same amount of water.Use immediately after a meal.
