Overnight: Massage the oil into your scalp and let it sit overnight. Wash it off the next morning, using as liberally as needed.30-minute deep conditioning treatment: Massage the oil into your scalp and wrap your head in a steamy towel for half an hour. Rinse the oil out of your hair. Leave it in for at least two hours for an extra deep conditioning treatment. The longer it stays in your hair, the more conditioning it will be.
