Fine drinking chocolate powder with unrefined cocoa (not alkalized) and beet sugar from the EU.Preparation: The cocoa is unprocessed (not alkalized), so it is recommended to first mix a small amount with warm liquid and then pour in the rest (cold or warm).
Recommended dosage: 2 teaspoons (5 grams) per 100 ml of milk or vegan alternatives.
100% biodynamic. The fine flavored cocoa beans come from our Demeter cocoa projects in the Dominican Republic.
