Each capsule contains:Green tea extract 600 mg (Camellia sinensis)
- Polyphenols 570 mg
- Cathechinen 420 mg
- EGCG 270 mg (Epigallocatechin-3-gallate)
Ingredients of Nutribites Groene Thee:
Green tea extract, capsule (HPMC) rice concentrate.Usage of Nutribites Groene Thee:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take one hour after breakfast with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Warning:
Green tea can reduce the absorption of iron from food and supplements. Therefore, it's best not to take green tea capsules at the same time as iron-containing supplements, such as a multivitamin. If you want to use both, take them at different times of the day for optimal absorption.
In addition, green tea can have an energizing effect. To promote a good night's sleep, it is recommended not to take the capsules in the evening.
Do not exceed the daily dose of 800 mg EGCG. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
