Diclofenac Linn 1% is specially designed for rubbing into the skin. The active substance, diclofenac,belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

What is this medicine used for:
Diclofenac Linn 1% is used for the local relief of mild to moderate joint pain caused by worsening osteoarthritis of the knee or fingers
Composition of Linn Diclofenac Gel 1% :
Active substance: diclofenac sodiumExcipients: sodium hydroxide, hydroxyethylcellulose, carbomer 980, propylene glycol, triglycerides, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), purified water
Usage of Linn Diclofenac Gel 1% :
AdultsApply this remedy to the area of the knee or hand that hurts 4 times a day.
How to use
Gently rub a small amount of this remedy into the skin where you are in pain. The amount required will vary depending on the size of the painful area. Normally, an amount in the order of the size of a cherry to a walnut will be sufficient. You may notice a slight cooling effect as you rub the gel in.
Wash your hands after using this product, unless of course your hands were the area being treated.
Do not use with
• You have ever had an allergic reaction to diclofenac, or other medicines used to treat pain, fever or
to treat inflammation, such as ibuprofen or acetylsalicylic acid (a drug also used to
to prevent blood clotting). If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Symptoms of
an allergic reaction to these medications may include: attacks of shortness of breath
often accompanied by muscle cramps and swelling of the mucous membrane of the airways
with coughing and producing mucus (asthma), wheezing or shortness of breath, skin rash with severe
itching and formation of bumps, swollen face or tongue, runny nose.
• You are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine.
