Hydroalcoholic extracts of hops* (1.35 ml - 30%), sage* (0.68 ml - 15%), green tea* (0.68 ml - 15%), maca* (0.45 - 10%) and yarrow* (0.41 ml - 9%), hydroalcoholic glycerine bud extracts of hawthorn* (0.18 ml - 4%), blackberry* (0.18 ml - 4%), apple* (0.18 ml - 4%), vine* (0.18 ml - 4%) and silver birch*(0.18 ml - 4%), essential oils of fennel* (0.015 ml - 0.34%), star anise* (0.015 ml - 0.33%) and lemon* (0.015 ml - 0.33%).

Usage of Physalis Menoplex Biologisch:
You take 20 – 30 drops 2 to 3 times a day.Preferably take with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Contains caffeine (max. 80 mg/day), not recommended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
