Psyllium Fibers Orange Sandoz Sugar-Free contains 3.25 grams of psyllium fibers per sachet. These are dried,finely ground, granulated fibers of the plant Plantago ovata.
This product is a preparation based on natural fibers. It mixes with the intestinal contents and has the ability to absorb water. This product creates a soft, non-irritating bulk in the intestine, thereby improving bowel function. In this way, bowel movements are promoted.
This medicine is used for chronic constipation.

Each 5-gram sachet of granules contains:Finely ground and granulated fibers of the plant Plantago ovata 3.25 grams
Ingredients of Sandoz Psylliumvezels Orange Suikervrij 650 mg/g Granulaat:
Citric acid, sodium alginate, sodium chloride, sodium saccharin, sorbitol, trisodium citrate dihydrate, orange flavouring, the colouring beta-carotene (E160).Use of Sandoz Psylliumvezels Orange Suikervrij 650 mg/g Granulaat:
Preferably mix the required amount with food, such as custard or yogurt. It becomesIt is recommended to drink a glass of fluid simultaneously with this. This remedy may also be mixed with milk or fruit juice. This mixture should be drunk immediately. It is also recommended to drink an extra glass of fluid with this.
Dosage for adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet one to three times a day.
Dosage for children aged 6-12 years: 1 sachet twice a day.
Dosage for children aged 2-6 years: As prescribed by a doctor.
Duration of treatment: You must not use this medicine for longer than 14 days without consulting your doctor.
This medicine changes the transit time of the intestine and can affect the absorption of other medicines. Therefore, other medicines must be taken 1 to 2 hours before this medicine.
