Each capsule contains:250 mg Yarrow extract of above-ground parts.
Ingredients of Arkopharma Duizendblad Arkocaps Biologisch:
Organic above-ground part of yarrow extract (Achillea millefolium), organic pea pod powder (Pisum sativum), organic chicory root powder (Cichorium intybus), organic coconut pulp powder (Cocos nucifera). Capsule shell of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.This product is free from: Yeast, sugar, preservatives, colors and flavors, and gluten.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Use of Arkopharma Duizendblad Arkocaps Biologisch:
You take 3 capsules per day for 5 days on the day before or on the first day of menstruation, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.The capsules must be spread throughout the day.
They can be taken for less than 5 days, depending on the duration of the menstrual cycle.
If necessary, a maximum of 6 capsules may be taken.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Suitable for ages 12 and up.
Warning:
Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, or for those allergic to Asteraceae.
