You take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take in the morning with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Warning:
Zinc in the bisglycinate form is absorbed intact (i.e., bound to glycine). It therefore does not compete with other minerals for absorption in the intestinal tract and can consequently be taken with a meal.
Use should be limited to a few weeks/months (1 to 3 times/year).
