Usage of Bloem Vital Green Chlorella & Spirulina:
As a nutritional supplement or maintenance dose:Take 2 tablets 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by a health professional.
Preferably take before meals with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
As a daily dose:
day 1: 2 tablets 3 times a day before meals,
day 2: 3 tablets 3 times a day,
day 3: 4 tablets 3 times a day,
day 4: 6 tablets 3 times a day.
Use this dose for as long as you need it. Then reduce the dose per day to a daily use of 2 tablets 3 times a day.
