Our P4 Complex® contains 6 different lactic acid bacteria with the unique Lab2Pro® technology supplemented with para-, pre- and postbiotics.Probiotics are the living bacteria themselves.
Prebiotics are the dietary fibers for these bacteria.
Parabiotics are non-living bacteria or parts of bacteria.
Postbiotics are the beneficial substances that the probiotics produce in the intestines.

Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with sufficient water during a meal.
