What is this medicine used for
Multi-Gyn ActiGel effectively treats bacterial vaginosis, providing immediate relief and relieving symptoms quickly (within 15 minutes). This is recognizable by excessive discharge (which is often gray in color).
an unpleasant (fishy) odor, itching, irritation, sensitivity, redness and burning sensation.
This product is not intended for sexually transmitted diseases.
Usage of Bioclin Multi-Gyn Actigel 2 in 1:
For discomfort in the external genital area (such as itching, irritation, soreness, and sensitivity), you can apply Multi-Gyn ActiGel externally with your finger. Wash your hands before use.• For the treatment of bacterial vaginosis and associated discomfort, insert at least twice a day for 5 consecutive days. We recommend applying it before bed.
• For rapid relief of occasional vaginal discomfort, apply internally and/or externally once a day or as often as desired.
If you want to become pregnant, it is advisable not to use Multi-Gyn ActiGel in the hours immediately before and after intercourse.
Do not use Multi-Gyn ActiGel for more than 30 consecutive days, so that the vaginal flora can regulate itself without help.
If complaints persist or recur, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
NB: After application, a burning and/or tingling sensation may occur.
This is normal and the feeling will disappear quickly.
Allergietest:
Allergies to ingredients of Multi-Gyn ActiGel are very rare.
If in doubt, apply a small amount of gel to the inside of your forearm. If an itchy, red spot appears, we advise against using Multi-Gyn ActiGel.
Follow the instructions in the package insert carefully.
Warning:
Multi-Gyn ActiGel should not be used at the same time as condoms.
The effect on a pessary is unknown.
It is not recommended to use Multi-Gyn ActiGel at the same time as tampons and vaginal douches. These can (partially) remove the Multi-Gyn ActiGel from the vagina and therefore may
reduce the effect of the product.
