XXL Nutrition's Night Protein contains pure micellar casein. No other fillers or protein types, just pure casein protein. The key feature of casein protein is its ability to be easily absorbed overnight. With a protein content of no less than 88%, you can supply your muscles with protein throughout the night. Available in nine delicious flavors, virtually lactose- and fat-free, and aspartame-free.Both whey and casein proteins are byproducts of cheese production. Whey is the "water" that remains, and when you filter the whey out, you're left with protein powders, as many people know. These proteins ensure rapid production of amino acids, allowing the body to absorb them quickly. Casein is the product left at the end of the process and is therefore much thicker in texture, making casein shakes much fuller and creamier. Casein protein, on the other hand, contains slow-release proteins; because it can take several hours for these to be absorbed by the body, this product is ideal for use before bed.

Dissolve 40 grams (2 scoops) of Night Protein in 250-350 ml of milk or another drink of your choice per shake.Because the protein shake has a thick texture, we recommend first adding milk or another beverage of your choice to a shaker cup, lightly shaking the protein powder, and then adding it. Shake the shaker cup until everything is dissolved.
For a thinner shake, add extra milk or another drink of your choice. If you want to eat it like a custard, use less milk or another drink of your choice.
