Each 4 capsules contains:Electrolyte powder 3.0 grams
- Natrium (Sodium) 0,15 gram
- Phosphorus 479 mg
- Magnesium 189 mg
- Chloride 339 mg
- Calcium 329 mg
- Zink 2,3 mg
- Potassium (Potassium) 375 mg
Ingredients of Mattisson Elektrolyten:
Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell), Celticsea salt, vegan MCT powder (anti-caking agent), zinc bisglycinate.
Usage of Mattisson Elektrolyten:
Take 2 capsules twice a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.On days with intensive sports this can be increased to 4 capsules twice a day.
Preferably take with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.
