Mix a Re-Lyte stick in 600-700 ml of water. Add more or less water, depending on how you like it.Let stand for at least 30 seconds after mixing.
Shake again for another 10 seconds to allow it to dissolve completely. (Avoiding artificial ingredients means mixing a little extra.)
