Rinse with Blue®m for 60 seconds after brushing with Blue®m toothpaste or as advised by your dental hygienist or dentist. Do not swallow and do not rinse your mouth after use. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use, as this reduces effectiveness.This product is a medical device; read the package leaflet before use.
