Each tablet contains:Griffonia seed extract 3982 mg
(as 362mg of an 11:1 extract)
Contains 5-HTP 100 mg
Ingredients of Lamberts Griffonia Seed Extract:
Bulking agent (calcium carbonate), griffonia seed extract (griffonia simplicifolia), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid & magnesium salts of fatty acids), vegan glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol).This product does not contain: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and milk products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Griffonia Seed Extract:
You take 1 to 3 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably half an hour before a meal and half an hour before going to sleep.
Start with 1 tablet and increase if necessary, unless otherwise advised.
5-HTP is best used for periods of up to 3 months.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Mild drowsiness may occur in some people; avoid operating heavy machinery and driving until you know how you react to 5-HTP.
Do not use in combination with medicines that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.
