Each capsule contains:Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) with 98% polyphenols 500 mg
Ingredients of Benfida Green Tea:
Green tea extract (camellia sinensis), hydroxypropyl cellulose (capsule), rice flour (Oryza sativa), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (anti-caking agent). Each capsule contains 250 mg (-) epigallocatechin-3-gallate.Usage of Benfida Green Tea:
Take 1 capsule per day unless otherwise advised by a health professional.Preferably take with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
