Applying RhinoBlock hay fever nasal ointment creates a protective layer in your nose, protecting it from pollen, tree pollen, and dust mites. You can apply RhinoBlock to both nostrils 2-4 times a day as needed. More often is also fine. You can do this, for example, with a cotton swab. Then, distribute the nasal ointment in your nose by gently massaging the outside of your nostrils. If you want to use RhinoBlock to protect against pollen in the air, it is recommended to apply RhinoBlock before spending extended periods outdoors (exercising, walking, cycling, gardening, etc.). If you want to use RhinoBlock to protect against dust mites, it is recommended to apply the nasal ointment before bedtime.Warning:
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
Do not use in conjunction with oxygen therapy, such as oxygen administered through nasal cannulas. Petrolatum is highly flammable when combined with increased oxygen concentration through nasal cannulas.
