Fexofenadine HCl 120 Teva tablets are used to relieve symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, itchy eyes, watery eyes, and facial redness, which are characteristic of hay fever (allergic rhinitis).Ingredients of Teva Fexofenadine HCI 120 mg:

Excipients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, corn starch, povidone, magnesium stearate. The tablet coating contains hypromellose (E464), titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 400, macrogol 4000, yellow iron oxide (E172) and red iron oxide (E172).
Use of Teva Fexofenadine HCI 120 mg:
Are you using any other medicines in addition to Fexofenadine HCl Teva, have you done so recently, or is there a possibility that you will use other medicines in the near future? If so, tell your doctor or pharmacist.It is important to inform your doctor before taking Fexofenadine HCl Teva if you are using the following medicines:
- Tell your doctor if you are using apalutamide (a medicine to treat prostate cancer), as this may reduce the effect of fexofenadine.
- erythromycin, an antibiotic used for the treatment of bacterial infections
- ketoconazole, is used in the treatment of fungal infections
- lopinavir/ritonavir, is used in the treatment of HIV infection.
These medicines increase the absorption of Fexofenadine HCl Teva, and can increase the side effects

Medicines used for stomach complaints that contain aluminium or magnesium can increase the amount
Reduce the absorption of Fexofenadine HCl Teva. If you are using such medicines, it is recommended to wait approximately 2 hours between taking that medicine and Fexofenadine HCl Teva tablets.
Taken with food and drink
Fexofenadine HCl Teva should be taken with some water.
Take during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Pregnancy: Take Fexofenadine HCl Teva only if your doctor considers it strictly necessary.
Breastfeeding: It is not recommended to take Fexofenadine HCl Teva if you are breastfeeding.
Intake regarding driving ability and reaction time
It is unlikely that fexofenadine hydrochloride will affect your driving ability or your ability to operate machinery. However, there are exceptions. Therefore, ensure you are alert before driving or performing other tasks that require your full attention.
Dosage
Fexofenadine HCl 120 Teva tablets: For the relief of the symptoms of hay fever (allergic rhinitis):
The recommended dosage is one tablet once daily for adults and children aged 12 years and older.
