Bone broth, also known as bone broth, is made by slowly boiling the meaty bones of animals for an extended period (30 to as long as 72 hours). The nutrients from the bones are drawn into the cooking liquid, creating a nourishing broth with proteins (collagen). This ready-to-drink broth is made from the chicken carcass. Various herbs, such as lemongrass, chili pepper, thyme, and bay leaf, are added to the broth.The broth can be used as a nutritious base for soups, sauces, gravies, or as a delicious drinking broth, and is completely free of flavor enhancers or preservatives. Add the broth to your dish to taste.
Tip: use this broth as a healthy base for a delicious tom kha kai soup!

This chicken bone broth is reduced more than regular broth, so we're not talking about stock, but rather a stock. Stock contains more gelatin and is therefore much thicker than broth. It's also darker in color and somewhat richer in flavor than regular bone broth. To use this bone broth as a stock, simply add water.
