BCAA stands for Branched-Chain Amino Acids, which in Dutch can be translated as ‘branched-chain amino acids’. BCAAs are a group of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. Essential amino acids are amino acids that the body cannot produce itself and so must be obtained from food.These three amino acids are called ‘branched-chain’ because of their unique chemical structure, which resembles a branched chain. BCAAs play an important role in protein synthesis and maintenance of muscle tissue.
Use of Nutrins 100% Pure BCAA:
Use 1 or 2 servings half an hour before or two hours after a meal.In general, BCAA supplements are considered safe when taken according to the recommended doses. They are derived from amino acids naturally found in foods and are normally well tolerated by most people.
