Each tablet contains:Yarrow 2000 mg
Raspberry leaf 395 mg
Iron 2.1 mg

Plant extracts: yarrow (Achillea millefolium) 20%; raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) 11%; bulking agents (calcium phosphates, calcium carbonate, cellulose); firming agent (cross-linked cellulose gum); glazing agent (magnesium stearate); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); iron fumarate.Usage of A.Vogel Menstruatie Tabletten + IJzer:
Adult women and girls aged 12 years and older take 2 to 3 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with sufficient water.
This can be done throughout the day during the first few days of menstruation.
For a regular cycle, we recommend starting one or two days before menstruation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
