Composition of Ayurveda Health Gotu Kola:
Centella asiatica extract whole plant 250 mg- ratio 12:1 - Asiaticoside 20%
Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable), rice husk extract, rice concentrate.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
This product is gluten-free, contains no yeast, nuts, animal or dairy products, artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, and is GMO-free.
Usage of Ayurveda Health Gotu Kola:
You take 1-2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Dosage for children between 10 and 30 kg: one tablet per day.
Preferably take before, during, or after a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Always leave 30 minutes between taking this product and other medicines/drugs.
Centella asiatica inhibits the production of liver enzymes. If you are taking benzodiazepines, sleeping pills, hypoglycemic or cholesterol-lowering medication, consult your doctor or therapist first.
