Gently roll the handy roller in a circle or figure eight on your wrists, or on specific points like the temples or the third eye (this is on your forehead, between your eyebrows). You can roll it up and down behind your ears during the day. Due to its revitalizing effect, it is not recommended to use the Focus Roller in the evening or before bed.While you do this, breathe in and out deeply to exhale mental pressure and fatigue, overstimulation, but also stage fright and too much control (read: perfectionism).
