Maris sal, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride.Usage of Vicopura Basenbad:
Bath: put 3 heaped tablespoons in a bath of warm water and stay in the bath for 20 to 30 minutes.Sitz bath: put 2 heaped tablespoons in a bath of warm water and stay in the bath for 20 to 30 minutes.
Foot bath: put 2 teaspoons in 3 liters of water in a foot bath and soak your feet in it for 20 to 30 minutes.
Shower: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in 1/2 liter of warm water. After showering, apply to the skin with a washcloth and let dry.
