Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, citric acid (acidity regulator), malic acid (acidity regulator), Celtic sea salt, natural flavouring, grape skin extract (natural colouring), steviol glycosides of stevia (sweetener), Zinc bisglycinate.Usage of Mattisson Elektrolyten Poeder Forest Fruit:
Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon (5 g) in 250 ml of cold water, juice, or shake. During intense exercise, the dosage can be increased to 1 teaspoon (10 g) in 500 ml. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.Attention: Close packaging properly.
