Usage of Mattisson Elektrolyten Poeder Peach:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 grams) in 250 ml of cold water, juice, or shake.For intensive exercise, the dosage can be increased to 2 teaspoons (approx. 10 grams) in 500 ml.
Magnesium can have a laxative effect; in that case, the dosage can be halved.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
