Golden Naturals Iron Bisglycinate Plus is literally an iron-strong product. It contains the most bioavailable form of iron: bisglycinate. Unlike others, this form of iron is particularly gentle on the stomach. Moreover, iron bisglycinate is well absorbed by the body. Vitamin C in the form of calcium L-ascorbate also promotes absorption and thus increases iron levels in the blood. This formula is enriched with copper (bisglycinate), which supports the transport of iron in the body. Vitamin A and riboflavin (vitamin B2) promote the availability of iron from body stores. Iron is an essential mineral that contributes, among other things, to the production of hemoglobin in red blood cells. It also plays a role in oxygen transport in the body. This supports normal cognitive function. Iron is also important for activating and maintaining your natural energy and helps reduce fatigue. Usage of Golden Naturals IJzer Bisglycinaat Plus:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take between meals with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Suitable for children aged 3 years and older. If taking medication: Leave at least 2 hours between taking the medication and the Iron Bisglycinate Plus capsule.
